Placing an Order

Simply browse through our website to decide on your gift or stationery choice.. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, we will be more than happy to work out a customised option for you; all you need to do is e-mail us more or less what you have in mind, and we’ll do the rest!

Payment Options

Please note that we do not currently have a payment gateway on our website, but are in the process of implementing it.

We do accept EFT (Electronic Transfers), but unfortunately are unable to accept cheques or credit card payments at this stage. All payments are required to be paid in advance, and at present we require the balance to be paid in full as soon as your order has been placed. Once we receive payment we will begin processing your order.

Lead time on Orders

Your location and choice of product will affect the lead time on your order, as well as stock availability. Gift hampers and customised boxes take between 3 and 7 days, and favours and stationery for weddings and other special events take between 2 and 4 weeks.

Delivery Days and Times

We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, and require a few days notice so that we can schedule your delivery with our courier company. We unfortunately cannot guarantee an exact delivery time, but can schedule in advance so that you receive it either in the morning or the afternoon of your choice.

We will make every effort to arrange the delivery of your gift on your chosen date, however we cannot be responsible for any of the following occuring:

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery or contact details supplied by the client.
• If the recipient is not available to accept the delivery. Should this happen, our courier service will attempt to re-deliver the gift, and this will result in an additional delivery fee.
• Please ensure that you provide us with complete and accurate delivery and contact details, so that we can ensure that your gift is delivered to the correct address and on time.

Delivery Charges

Please note that the following delivery charges are for standard size gift hampers only. For bigger hamper orders, bulk orders or stationery and favours, please contact us for pricing.

Franschhoek, Atlantis, Melbos, Klapmuts, etc: R120
Robertson, Hermanus, Ceres, etc: R150
The rest of South Africa: Delivery rate on request

Substitutions
In the event that an item is unavailable, Chisani Creations will make every attempt to exchange it with something to the same value, but we will confirm this before going ahead with the order.
