Any unauthorised duplication of images or material without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and subject to appropriate legal action.

Detailed description of products and services

Chisani Creations is a business in the gift and design industry that create table favours, handmade stationery, gift hampers, and provide a decor service.

Trademarks, Service Marks and Registered Design

The Purchaser shall not, without the written consent of Chisani Creations: (a) Make any use of the name or trademark service mark or registered design of Chisani Creations. (b) Remove, alter or obscure any trademark applied to the goods, their packaging or accompanying materials by Chisani Creations.

Areas covered for Delivery

Currently Chisani Creations only deliver within South Africa.

When requested, we will make use of the National Post Service when delivering outside of South Africa. We highly recommend that all parcels be insured, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or misplacement of parcels that are beyond our control.

Exchanges, Cancellations and Refunds

Gift Hampers

Certain items are subject to availability. In the case of unavailability, Chisani Creations will do everything possible to substitute them with a similar item to the same value. If this is not acceptable, we will refund the purchaser at our discretion in full within 30 days. Cancellation on gift hamper orders may only be cancelled at Chisani Creations consent, and will attract a 20% administration fee.

Handmade Stationery & Table Favours

If an order is cancelled after final proof has been confirmed, Chisani Creations will retain the full deposit paid.

If an order is cancelled once production of the approved design has begun or has been completed or delivered, Chisani Creations will retain the full deposit and the purchaser will be liable for payment of the outstanding balance.

All purchases cannot be altered or changed under any circumstances once the final order is confirmed.

Imported Favours

All sales are final and it is the purchasers responsibility to ensure that the right product, colour and any other specification have been chosen before placing an order.

Orders can take between 1 and 16 weeks to be completed, depending on product availability. Please ensure your order is made as far as possible in advance of your wedding date. Remember, there may be shipping delays. Chisani Creations shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from events which is beyond our reasonable

As our supplier processes and ships orders as quickly as possible, it is usually not possible to cancel or amend these orders, and therefore no refunds will be made after order confirmation and receipt of payment. All purchases cannot be altered or changed under any circumstances once the order is confirmed.

Pricing

Prices of gift hampers on the website do not include delivery fees.

Payment Options Accepted

Payment may be made by Electronic Transfer. Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment.

We strive to offer you the best customer service we can. We welcome all comments and feedback and aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers quickly and fairly.
